Ryan is an executive leader with extensive experience in strategic planning and program management across government, health, education, and corporate sectors.
His career has involved collaborations with organisations such as the NSW Government, Victorian Government, Australian Federal Government, Qantas, Aesop, and NAB.
Ryan was a Director at the Victorian Department of Health during the COVID-19 pandemic, where he managed critical portfolios and oversaw large-scale projects. He also served as Deputy Controller, playing a key role in the state's pandemic response. In these positions, Ryan led the development of strategic plans, coordinated reviews of emergency management systems, and implemented frameworks for public events.
Prior to his work in the Department of Health, Ryan served as Director of Strategy & Projects at Heathwood & Co, where he delivered event and communications projects across multiple countries for various corporate and government clients.
